TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT STAFF
Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Education, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Willing to learn and grow in the HR field
- Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Job Description :
- Assist in planning and organizing employee training programs
- Support the preparation of training materials and documentation
- Coordinate training schedules, attendance, and feedback collection
- Help monitor training effectiveness and employee development progress
- Work closely with HR and department leaders to identify training needs
